Resistance Band Workout || Full Body Strength || Great for Beginners & Seniors
Great 30 minute resistance band workout that’s perfect for anyone including beginners and seniors!
I’m using a band with handles in this video, but you could also use any stretchy band like a theraband or a band that has multiple loops.
Stretchy bands are great for everyone because they are easy on your joints and you can change the difficulty/resistance simple by where you grip it.
This video begins with a quick warm up. We will then perform strengthening exercises in a standing position, followed by floor work sitting on our bottoms and one move on our hands and knees for the glutes. If you are uncomfortable on your hands and knees, the same movements can be done in a standing position. (Slightly hinged over and pressing your hands against a wall or countertop). The workout is completed by stretching the muscles while using the band as a stretching prop as well.
This workout is full body. We will perform strength and toning exercises for the shoulders, biceps, triceps and back. Followed by abs, glutes and legs!
