Ingredients （材料）:

250g High protein flour /bread flour （高筋面粉/面包粉）
50g plain flour （普通面粉）
1 tsp (3g) instant yeast （即溶干酵母）
30g caster sugar （细砂糖）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
140ml Cold water （冷水）
1 large egg （鸡蛋） ~ grade A
30g butter （牛油）

6 pieces ham, cut Into half （6片火腿，切一半）
6 pieces cheddar cheese , cut each into half （芝士片，切一半）

Glazing （蛋液) :
1 whole egg （1粒全蛋）
1 tbsp water （水）
