I made Jelly of Tanabata(the star festival),using Umeshu(japanese plum liqueur),gelatin powder,syrup,blue food dye(natural),star sugar,yello peach preserved in syrup,and flour gold.

Umeshu(japanese plum liqueur)...40cc
bubbling water...195cc(35cc and 20cc and 140cc)
syrup 75cc(15cc and 60cc)
flour gold...a little bit
yello peach preserved in syrup...1/2
star sugar...a little bit
blue food dye...right amount
