本日の動画は最上級の黒毛和牛フィレステーキを求めて、世界初の能舞台のあるレストラン「三田屋本店 -やすらぎの郷- 」さんを密着する為、遥々兵庫県三田市へ行って参りました！

ずっと撮影してみたかった肉職人（シェフ）さんによるトリミング作業がやはり印象的！

食事をしながら能舞台を観賞できたり、食器に珍しい三田青磁を使用されていたりと文化的・芸術的要素の非常に高い空間でもありました。
（能ですとこれまでに野村萬斎氏を召喚）

お目当ての黒毛和牛フィレステーキは言うまでもなく最高に美味なのですが、オードブルに出てくる特製のロースハムとハム専用に作られたドレッシングの相性がだいぶ激ヤバでした。

レストラン自体が上品なテーマパークのようで、時節柄マイクロツーリズムなどにもバッチリなのではと思っております。

周りは自然一杯なので何しか「やすらぎ」ます！

Today's video is a close-up video of "Sandaya Honten" in search of the finest Japanese black beef fillet steak!

The trimming work by a chef who has always wanted to shoot is impressive!

It was a very cultural and artistic space, as you could enjoy watching the Noh stage while having a meal and all the tableware was made of Mita celadon.

Needless to say, the Japanese black beef fillet steak is the best, but the special roasted ham that appeared in the hors d'oeuvre and the dressing specially made for the ham were extremely delicious.
