Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best instant pot beef birria tacos!!!! I’m so excited to share with you how I been making it since I discovered and learned how to use my instant pot!!!! Let’s just say it’s been a great investment! I bought my instant pot a back in December I couldn’t figure it out😭Well now let’s say you will see it more often! Hope you enjoy this super easy and delicious recipe, seriously the best, homemade is always better and now you can make it within an hour! How exciting is that!!! 😊❤️ every ingredient has its purpose, I have made birria many many many times, trying to cut ingredients and just to make it simple for you all, well this is it, I dont think it can get any better than this, this is seriously the BEST, enjoy this birria with rice and beans, burritos, tortas, tacos, ramen, however you best wish! 💕

Tips: make sure you sear your meat
Ingredients:
2- 2.5 lbs chuck tender roast
4 cups beef broth
7 guajillos or New Mexico chile pods
2 pasilla
chile de árbol
5 garlic cloves
4 bay leaves
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
2 tbsp vinagre
8 cloves
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp whole pepper
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp ground ginger
For your tacos:
Corn tortillas
Oaxaca or Monterey Jack cheese
Fresh chopped onion and cilantro
Few drops of fresh lime
1 serving of love 💕
