Kawal Kishore Saluja and his family run Chache Di Hatti, a hole-in-the-wall eatery in New Delhi, India. On the menu is one single dish – Chole Bhature.

What sets Chache Di Hatti apart is their chole masala – a secret recipe handed down to Kawal Kishore by his father.

The eatery has been serving Chole Bhature since 1957 from just that one location and Kawal Chacha is in no hurry to make any changes. If you are in New Delhi, and want a heady Dilli ka nashta, do go over to Chache Di Hatti. Be prepared for the long queue, and the most amazing taste!
