Perfect for Holiday and christmas treats! Easy Homemade Strawberry Cake! Melt in your mouth
*Ingredients
80g (1/3 cup) Milk
45g (10 tsp) Cooking oil
60g (0.46 cup) Cake flour
180g (5 pcs) Egg white
2g Lemon juice
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
150g Cream cheese
38g (3 tbsp) Sugar
300g (1.3 cup) Heavy whipping cream

150°C (300°F) bake for 30 minutes

Important tips
1. This cake does not need egg yolks, only the whites of 5 eggs, about 165-185 grams
2. The cake is about 28x28cm, cut off four sides and divide into 9 equal parts.
3. Because this cake needs cream with good stability, so used 150 grams of cream cheese. If you don't have cream cheese, you can substitute it with mascarpone cheese.
