Exercise Explanations:

1️⃣ Pike To Cobra Pushup
This exercise mainly focuses on building BOULDER SHOULDERS with a variation of the pike push up by adding the Cobra element to it, in order to target the triceps as well. It is also perfect for SQUEEZING your back during the cobra pose to warm up your back and lats

2️⃣ Elbow Lifts
For this exercise, be sure to lay a towel behind you in order for your elbows to rest on the towel and SQUEEZE the LATS backwards when you lift yourself upwards

3️⃣ Deep Pushups
You can set up this exercise by using books left across to increase the starting position of your hands. When you lower yourself towards the ground, you should feel a GOOD STRETCH on the outer portion of your pecs before pushing yourself upwards. Deep pushups is also beneficial for increasing the range of motion of the exercise and is similar to doing CHEST FLYES to create WIDE CHEST to match with BROAD SHOULDERS

4️⃣ Superman Row with Towel
This exercise requires a towel in order to increase the tension of your lats as you pull the towel towards your neck. Be sure to maintain strong tension in the towel with your hands pulling the towel in opposite direction throughout the motion

5️⃣ Elevated Pike Pushups
This exercises is to solely focus on your shoulders and is to replace the barbell/dumbbell overhead press. If you find difficulty in doing it, you can do it on ground level instead of elevated. If you find this too easy, you can progress to a handstand pushup or increase the time to lower yourself to the ground to increase the time under tension of your muscles.

6️⃣ Superman
This exercise works your entire back by raising your entire torso and upper body off the ground by incorporating all the back muscles to work together. Make sure to hold for a second when you squeeze your entire back and raise yourself off the ground.

7️⃣ Front Plank Raises
This exercise is one of the BEST bodyweight exercise to target your SIDE DELTS. Make sure to raise using your elbows and squeeze at the top half of the motion to feel the tension in your side delts to achieve WIDER SHOULDERS.

By performing this workout consistently, you will build BROAD SHOULDERS, WIDE LATS and DEVELOPED CHEST to achieve that V-TAPER WIDE LOOK!
