I am sharing you my version on how to cook "Super Tasty Chop Suey Recipe". An American Chinese cuisine with conflicting claims where it really originated. This dish is nutrient packed, consists with lots of veggies, meat, shrimps and other ingredients. It's so yummy & for vegetable lovers! We love this version, hope you'll love it too. Bon appetit!!! Super Tasty Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boil Quail Eggs
20 pcs - quail eggs
water - 1 inch above eggs

2. Shrimps Marinade
180 grams - frozen shrimps
1/2 tsp - pepper powder
1 tsp - cornstarch

3. Parboil Pork Belly
water - enough to submerge ingredients
300 grams - Pork Belly
1 tsp - salt
1 tsp - vinegar

4. Stir Fries
3 tbsp - olive oil
250 grams - assorted bell peppers
* marinated shrimps

5. Thickening Sauce
1 tbsp - cornstarch
2 tbsp - water

6. Saute
***parboiled Pork Belly
1/2 cup - water
2 tbsp - olive oil
3 tbsp - garlic
1/2 cup - shallots/ onions
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
280 grams - brocolli
500 grams - cauliflower
150 grams - carrots
140 grams - baby corns
1 to 1 &1/2 cup - water
150 grams - snowpeas
400 grams - cabbage
1 tsp - chicken powder or sugar
2 tsp - liquid seasoning or soy sauce
2 tbsp - oyster sauce
***stir fried shrimps & bell peppers
* hard boiled quail eggs
1 tbsp - soy sauce
***thickening sauce
garnish with spicy chilis

Cooking Time: approximately 40 minutes
