Mayak Avocados has been trending in Korean social media. It's very similar concept to the mayak eggs that we did last year! We will take ripe firm avocadoes, slice them up and let the soak in an infused soy sauce. Afterwards, spread the mayak avocadoes over rice... and you got yourself a wonderful meal!
