You will feel great after this 30 minute pilates class using a resistance band. We will tone, strengthen and stretch all the muscles leaving you with more energy and feeling like you accomplished something!
I'm using a stretchy resistance band for this workout. You may also use a resistance band that has handles. You may also do the exercises without a band!
You will walk taller and improve your posture with these exercises that are appropriate for all fitness levels including seniors and beginners.

All exercises are performed on the floor. Please make sure you are on a soft surface. You may want a pillow to support your head, knees or hips in certain positions.
