팽이버섯,양파,맛간장,맛술,계란
[만들기]
1)양파 반개는 채썰어 준다.
2)팽이버섯은 3등분으로 잘라준다.
3)팬에 기름을 두르고 양파를 볶는다.
4)팽이버섯을 넣고 약간 숨이 줄을때까지 볶는다.
5)맛간장2,맛술2,물2스푼을 넣고 졸인다.
6)밥위에 계란 노른자를 얹고 팽이버섯을 올려준다.
