材料:雞胸肉1塊、中筋麵粉1盤、蛋1顆、牛番茄1顆、咖哩粉、白胡椒粉、黑胡椒粉
1. 牛番茄切片擺盤、麵粉裝盤、打蛋備用
2. 將雞胸肉的筋劃開,撒上適量鹽巴、咖哩粉、白胡椒
3. 均勻沾上中筋麵粉
4. 鍋中倒入適量油,以半煎炸的方式來料理
5. 將雞胸肉兩面沾滿蛋液,可以鎖住肉裡的水分
6. 下鍋,溫度不要過高,用油淋至雞肉表面,讓蛋液凝固
7. 蓋上鍋蓋慢煎至雞胸肉全熟
8. 起鍋前,轉大火將油逼出
9. 雞胸肉切片盛盤,撒上黑胡椒、咖哩粉,完成
