This recipe is very easy and very delicious!
❗Ingredients:
200g/1.38cup All-purpose Flour
1.2g/1/4tsp Baking powder
2pcs Eggs
50g Dried Cranberry
sesame seeds
40ml Water
120g/0.6cup Sugar
100g Maltose
Oil
❗ Oil temperature 160°C (320°F)
❗ Syrup temperature 115°C (240°F)

Baking suggestions.
1. The eggs I used are large size, about 55g shelled.
2. If you don't have maltose, you can replace it with 60g of honey and reduce the amount of sugar by half to 60g
3. Fry the noodles for 30 seconds after they float, trying not to brown them too much.
4. the final temperature of the syrup is 115°C (240°F), or use chopsticks to dip a drop in cold water to gel, then the syrup is in the required state.

烘焙建议:
1. 我用的鸡蛋是大号的,大概去壳之后55g
2. 如果没有麦芽糖的话可以用蜂蜜替换
3. 油炸面条的时间是等面条飘起来,再炸30秒,尽量不要炸的太黄
4. 糖浆最后达到的温度是115°C (240°F),或者用筷子沾一点滴在冷水里可以凝结,这样的糖浆就是需要的状态
