This film is the jumble of thoughts and feelings I went through when my Dad passed away. They're not all nice thoughts but it's the truth. It's MY truth and how I deal with this every day. Through all this I learned that losing a loved one doesn't mean they're lost forever.

I have disabled comments on this video because this film was important for me to make for myself. I'm not posting this to receive attention or praise. This happened almost two years ago and until now I've kept this fairly private. I contemplated not posting it at all BUT if someone out there is going through the same thing, I want them to know they're not alone. I love my Dad so much and I miss him every day. It felt really good to reflect over our relationship in making this.
