Japanese Curry Bread ▏Curry Dinner Rolls 日式咖喱面包,外皮酥脆,内馅绵软醇香,可以用咖喱粉可以用咖喱醬,可以加雞肉牛肉碎等。凉了吃的时候,可以微波加热,小烤箱低温烤一小会儿,就和刚刚做好的一样好吃。

Ingredients 配方:

Dough 面团:
fresh milk 150 ml 鲜牛奶150毫升
all-purpose flour 240 g / 1.5 cup + 2 tbsp 中筋面粉240克
instant dry yeast 3 g / 1 tsp 酵母3克
sugar 7 g / 1/2 tbsp 白糖7克
salt 1.5 g / 1/4 tsp 盐1.5克
olive oil or other Vegetable oil 15 ml / 1 tbsp 橄榄油或其他炒菜油15毫升
vegetable oil 2.5 ml / 1/2 tsp 炒菜油2.5毫升


Curry Filling 咖喱内馅:
peeled potato 225 g 去皮的土豆225克
peeled carrot 100 g 去皮的胡萝卜100克
onion 60 g 洋葱60克
garlic 2 cloves 10 g 2瓣蒜10克
water 100 ml 清水100毫升
Green peas 50 g 1/3 cup 青豆粒50克
salt 3 g / 1/2 tsp 盐3克
curry powder 14 g 2 tbsp 咖喱粉14克
water 80 ml 清水80毫升


Breadcrumb 30-40 g 面包糠 30-40克
olive oil 橄榄油


Bake in preheated oven at 175℃/350℉ for 15 minutes
放入预热好的烤箱175℃/350华氏度 烤15分钟
