Hello, today, take everyone to Japan, haha, this Hokkaido "cheese tarts" went viral on social media for a while. Everyone who has eaten knows that this pastry crust is flaky and buttery. The cheese filling in the middle is super rich, as it is made with 3 different kinds of cheeses and baked until half cooked. Freshly baked cheese tarts when still warm, soft lava like in the middle, smooth texture cheese fillings. It’s a must try for Cheese fans.

上=8厘米; 下=4.5厘米; 高=2厘米

=饼皮=
1份塔饼皮 (食谱影片在上)
(预烤饼皮 烤箱180C: 15分钟)

=芝士馅料=
250克 奶油芝士
150克 莫泽雷勒奶酪
40克 帕尔马奶酪
60克 无盐牛油
½茶匙 盐
200毫升 鲜奶
75克 糖粉
24克 玉米淀粉
2颗 鸡蛋
2茶匙 柠檬汁(鲜渣)
1茶匙 香草精
1颗 蛋黄
(烤箱220C: 8-10分钟)

Top=8cm; Bottom=4.5cm; Height=2cm

=Pastry Crust=
1 batch Tart Pastry Crust (Video Recipe Above)
(Prebake Tart Shell Oven 180C: 15minutes)

=Cheese Fillings=
250g Cream Cheese
150g Mascarpone Cheese
40g Parmesan Cheese
60g Unsalted Butter
½tsp Salt
200ml Fresh Milk
75g Icing Sugar
24g Corn Starch
2 Eggs
2tsp Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg Yolk
(Oven 220C: 8-10minutes)
