农历新年很靠近咯, 来做款快速简单的年饼,奶油芝士饼干/奶油奶酪饼干。面团里面采用了牛油和奶油芝士为主要成份,加点柠檬汁提鲜,给饼干增添更多香味。低温慢烤,之后提高到烤箱中上层,饼干出来颜色金黄,也保留了漂亮花纹。新鲜出炉放凉后,掰开饼干,外酥脆内松软,用手指一压就散开,口感很好。牛油香+芝士香= 牛油饼干+芝士蛋糕,好好吃~

收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,室温收密封容器保存。要新鲜7天内吃。

Chinese New Year is approaching, make a quick and easy CNY Cookies, Cream Cheese Cookies. The dough is made with both butter and cream cheese as the main ingredients, and a little lemon juice is added for freshness, hence adding more flavors to the cookies. Slow bake at low temperature, and then raise to oven upper middle rack, cookies come out golden in color and retain their beautiful patterns. Once freshly baked and let cool, break open cookies, flaky on the outside and soft fluffy on the inside, and spread out into sand when pressed with fingers, good texture. Butter + Cheese = Butter Cookies + Cheesecake, delicious~

Storage Method: Baked and let cool completely, store in airtight container at room temperature. For fresher flavors, eat within 7 day

♦食谱=30-32块饼干 (16齿裱花嘴 Bakecraft 867)=
130克 无盐牛油(软化)
130克 奶油芝士(软化)
105g 糖粉
2克 盐
5克 鲜渣柠檬汁
40克 鸡蛋
240克 低筋面粉
4克 泡打粉
(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
(预热烤箱165C/330F: 15分钟, 转烤盘,放上第二层烤10-15分钟上色, 总共烤25-30分钟)

130g Unsalted Butter (Soften)
130g Cream Cheese (Soften)
105g Icing Sugar
2g Salt
5g Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
40g Egg
240g Cake Flour/Low Protein Flour
4g Baking Powder
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
(Preheated Oven 165C/330F: 15minutes, rotate tray, switch to 2nd Rack bake another 10-15minutes till golden, total bake 25-30minutes)
