1.Dough 面团：
* 250g Bread flour 高筋面粉
* 150g Water 水
* 50g Steamed purple sweet potato 熟紫薯
* 3g Instant yeast 酵母
* 30g Sugar 糖
* 20g purple sweet potato powder 紫薯粉
* 2g Salt 盐
* 25g Unsalted butter 无盐黄油

2.Fillings 内馅儿：
* 200g Steamed purple sweet potato 熟紫薯
* 30g Condensed milk 炼乳
* 100g Mozzarella cheese 马苏里拉芝士

3.Decoration装饰：
* Purple sweet potato powder 紫薯粉

Preheat the Oven on 180°C（355℉）bake for 15 minutes
