I was so excited when the hardcover edition of Isabel Paige's cookbook finally arrived at my door! I ordered it as soon as it was available for pre-order and couldn't wait to get cooking. As I've recently had to give up most dairy and cheese, I thought it would be perfect to make her vegan mac and cheese for a taste test. As before I will not be sharing the exact recipe as this is the first cookbook from a fellow YouTuber but I hope it gives you a good comparison between the physical copy vs the digital so that you can make an informed decision on which would fit your needs the best!
