这次带来一道经典的烤羊排。它是我用Gordon Ramsay的配方稍微改了一下做出来的,加了土豆和胡萝卜一起烤可以更充分地利用羊油的香味哦!
【食材/Ingredients】
羊排(未切断)一套,一共八根,700g
羊排烤肉粉:
迷迭香(或百里香)叶子2大勺,蒜瓣30g,无盐面包糠75g,盐0.5茶匙,胡椒0.5茶匙,橄榄油2茶匙
煎/烤羊排调料:盐与胡椒各1茶匙,第戎芥末酱
蔬菜:土豆300g,胡萝卜(40g/根)4根,盐与胡椒各1茶匙
*1大勺=3茶匙=15毫升,1茶匙=5毫升
Lamb chops 700g
Herb crust: rosemary (or thyme) 2 tbsp, garlic 30g, bread crumbs (unseasoned) ½ cup, salt ½ tsp, pepper ½ tsp, olive oil 2 tsp
Lamb chop seasoning: salt 1 tsp, pepper 1 tsp, dijon mustard
Vegetables: potatoes 300g, organic carrots 160g, salt 1 tsp, pepper 1 tsp
