90 g rolled oats(1 cup)
40 g almond flakes(1/3 cup)
70 g dried cranberries/ raisins(1/2 cup)
2 medium apples
100 ml water(2/5 cup)
2 medium eggs/ or flax eggs
1-2 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
bake 25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

1 medium apple
2 tbsp water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g dried cranberries/ raisins(1/3 cup)
if the composition does not bind, add 1-2 tbsp of water
bake 18 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
