今天继续来做传统青豆饼,颜色天然漂亮,无色素。有了青豆粉,做法简单快速直接。注意食谱采用青豆粉而不是绿豆粉哦。青豆粉不用过筛且可以增加颗粒感,口感更佳。抹上薄薄蛋液,低温烤出来,饼干底部黄金,顶部仍保留美丽天然青色,放进嘴里,外部酥脆内部入口即化口感,且有青豆小颗粒口感,很香浓的青豆香。适合当年饼。

收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,室温收密封容器保存一个月。要新鲜7天内吃。

Today, continue to make traditional Green Pea Cookies. The color is naturally beautiful with no coloring. With green pea flour, the procedure is easy, quick and straightforward. Note that the recipe uses green pea flour, not mung bean flour. No need to sift green pea flour which help to increase the graininess and texture better. Brush thin eggwash and bake at low temperature. The bottom of the cookies is golden, and the top is still retain the beautiful natural green color. Once eaten, flaky outside melt in mouth inside, with green pea pieces texture, full of green pea aroma. Suitable as CNY Cookies.

Storage Method: After baked, let cool thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature for one month. Freshest taste, eat within 7 days.

♦食谱=65块饼干 (8克/颗)=
200克 青豆粉
142克 普通中筋面粉
90克 糖粉
1克 盐
110克 花生油

=蛋液=
1蛋黄
8克 水

(预热烤箱160C: 20分钟)(中途转烤盘,均匀受热)
(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)

♦Recipe =65pcs Cookies (8g/pc)=
200g Green Pea Flour
142g All Purpose Flour
90g Icing Sugar
1g Salt
110g Peanut Oil

=Egg Wash=
1 Egg Yolk
8g Water
 
(Preheated Oven 160C: 20 minutes) (Rotate baking tray halfway, heat evenly)
