You would not believe that there is rampant crash-mat usage in some of the most famous parkour videos out there, and some of these videos the movement looks completely genuine but is actually fake! In this video, we expose and debunk how visual effects have been used in famous parkour videos, especially with flips! Did you know that some of the moves in these videos were done with crash mats? Or did you think all the freerunning was real?!
