Day 10, we have reached double digits so now we will start pushing, starting with a Full Chest Routine!

Following is what we performed in this routine:
Barbell Press (Flat Bench)
4 Sets of 10 Reps

Barbell Press (Incline Bench)
4 Sets of 10 Reps

Dumbbell Fly (Incline Bench)
3 Sets of 12 Reps

Dumbbell Fly (Flat Bench)
3 Sets of 12 Reps

Peck Deck Fly
4 Sets of 10 Reps

Push-Ups
4 Sets of 10 Reps

Dumbbell Pull-Over
4 Sets of 10 Reps
