炒菜油 15毫升

中筋面粉350克 (2.5杯)
All purpose flour 350 g (2.5 cup)
盐1.5克 (1/4 茶勺)
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
油酥 Pastry dough:
中筋面粉200克 (1.5杯)
All purpose flour 200 g (1.5 cup)
盐3克 (1/2 茶勺)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
五香粉 0.4 克 (1/4 茶勺)
5 - Spice powder 0.4 g (1/4 tsp)
炒菜油 100克(1/2 杯)
Cooking Oil 100 g(1/2 cup)
