15 Village ladies cooking today farm fresh spinach with shrimp & traditional bori.

Ladies first collected spinach from farm and then they cutting the spinach.

They also frying shrimp and bori.

Then they boiled all the spinach and then added lots of spice masala with it.

Then they added shrimp and bori with boiled spinach.

Ladies also cook 60 KG rice to serve with spinach mashed.

This spinach called in village "Palon Shak" and this curry called "Ghonto".

After finish cooking ladies serve the food to whole village people.
