材料:去骨雞腿2隻、蔥5-6根、白芝麻1大匙、白胡椒、蒜頭1顆、香油、鹽、香油、糖
1. 先用廚餘房紙巾擦乾雞腿表面水份,可避免油爆和去除腥味
2. 在火最大時,雞皮朝下入鍋乾煎;蔥、蒜切末,備用
3. 雞腿灑鹽,等雞皮煎出脆度後,取出雞腿,切成條狀放入盤中,備用
4. 利用鍋內雞油炒蔥、蒜,加少許水煨煮
5. 鍋內加入鹽、白胡椒、香油、芝麻、糖,調味
6. 最後將鍋裡煮好的醬汁,淋在雞腿上,完成
