细砂糖 Caster Sugar 35 g
奶粉 Milk Powder 9 g
鸡蛋 Egg 50 g
淡奶油 35% Whipping Cream 24 g
冷水 Cold Water 135 g
无盐黄油 Unsalted Butter 30 g
可可粉 Cocoa Powder 6 g
冷水 Cold Water 1/2 tsp

无盐黄油 Unsalted Butter 42 g
糖粉 Icing Sugar 18 g
全蛋液 Whole Egg 14 g

预热烤箱至350°F/ 180°C ,低层烤33-35分钟,入炉后约10分钟,当面包已经上色的时,需要用锡纸包轻轻盖上,以防止面包表面烤焦。
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C, and bake on the lower rack for 33-35 minutes. After about 10 minutes baking , when the bread is already coloured, you need to cover it with tin foil to prevent the surface of the bread from scorching.
