If you have a problem with humidity or condensation in your workshop you may start to see a slight build-up of rust on your steel tools such as hand planes, squares, pillar drill beds, pliars, snips, hammers etc. In this video I'm showing you how I make an oil dabber to put a very thin coating of oil on your tools to protect them. The only people I've seen doing this are my dad and Paul Sellers - make sure you give Paul's channel a follow! Obviously make sure you don't put too much oil on your tools - it shouldn't leave any oily residue on wood etc. - if it does you've probably used too much oil. Enjoy!
