配方Ingredients:
熟透的香蕉3根,去皮后420克
3 overripe bananas(Peeled 420 g)
酵母4克 (1/2 tbsp)
Instant dry yeast 4 g (1/2 tbsp)
普通面粉-中筋面粉350克 (2.5 cup)(可以用高筋面包粉350克代替)
Plain flour or all purpose flour 350 g (2.5 cup)(Or use bread flour 350 g instead)
无盐黄油30克 (2 tbsp)
Unsalted butter 30 g (2 tbsp)
正方形烤盘20.3*20.3厘米
Pan size 20.3*20.3 cm
预热好的烤箱180℃/356℉烤18-20分钟至金黄
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃/356℉for 18-20 minutes until golden brown
