Dealing with a hypocrite or a liar could take a toll on our mental health. Hypocrites tend to tell us one thing but do another, leading us to question whether they are someone we can truly spend time with. Being able to spot a hypocrite will help you weed out the toxic people you should not be wasting your mental health on.
