📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
80ml (1/3 cup) Milk
75g (6 tbsp) Sugar
110g (1/2 cup) Unsalted butter
200g (2 cups) Unsweeted shredded coconut
150g (1 cup) Chocolate chips
30g (2 tbsp) Coconut oil
* Mold size : 20x20cm
📢 Important tips
1. If you do not like it too sweet, you can reduce some sugar.
2. If you don't have coconut oil. you can omit it. The best temperature for chocolate glaze is about 30°C.
3. Freeze for one hour after coating before serving. If you want a decoration, use the remaining chocolate glaze to squeeze on top and continue to refrigerate for one hour before serving.
