Ingredients,

1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 medium onion
1 stalk of green onion cut
4 eggs

Salt and Pepper to taste

6 slices of Honey Ham or any kind of ham
2 slices of Cheese
Mayonnaise and Ketchup
4 slices of white bread or bread of your choice

Butter for Frying.

How to:
Combine all veggies in a bowl and in beaten eggs and salt and pepper, and pan fry and set aside.

Fry Ham so as the bread.

Arange all ingredients and Make the Toast Sandwich.

Enjoy!
