1lb / 450g button mushrooms
Salt
1 large yellow onion
4 Garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1 cup / 235ml heavy cream
1lb / 450g Chicken breast
1 cup / 235ml Tomato puree or passata
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Parsley
Freshly cracked black pepper
Garnish with a handful of potato sticks :)

1 cup / 200g Jasmine Rice
2 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
Crispy potato, for serving
