By the request of my subscribers in California today I am cooking the famous tri-tip! As suggested by them I am making tri-tip sandwich. I am also doing 3 different types of sauces to each with the amazing sandwich, one is aioli sauce, the other is a guacamole type and lastly a simple tomato style one.

4 garlic cloves
1 Egg
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

1/4 white onions
1 red chili
1/2 lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
