Poached eggs, we all think they are simple and easy to make. The fact of the matter is, they are not. Like anything else, there is a nack to making them. I don't know the countless hours I have spent fiddling and diddling trying to make the perfect poached eggs with little or no avail, until I came up with this method. Believe it or not, it's so simple and easy.

It is just a matter of placing about 2 inches of water into a pot, bringing it to a full-blown boil, turning off the heat, placing the eggs in, putting a lid on, and leaving them for exactly 3 minutes. After that, drain them, place them on a plate, and serve them for any application you wish.

There are a few other tricks. For example, make sure your eggs are fresh and at room temperature. Please place each egg in a separate bowl before putting them in the water. If the eggs are not fresh, it is sometimes best straining them first. please visit the recipe for further details.
