Katie's mom introduced us to an absolutely delicious tofu banchan called Tofu Bokkeum (known as Dubu Bokkeum). Firm tofu pieces are pan-fried, then tossed with kwari peppers & button mushrooms. Don't forget about that amaazzzing sauce! Neighbors, this has become our new favorite banchan!!
