Never in my wildest dreams did I ever envision myself driving a 4-rotor FD RX-7 with a sequential transmission through the streets of Jakarta as a NA PPRE 4-rotor tried to sear the skin off my left leg! But that's precisely what I got up to thanks to Victor over at XS Automotive.

After checking out his shop, which is akin to a candy store for modified cars of every type, I got the chance to take this FD for a drive over to the PIK 2 area just outside of Jakarta. What made it even more special is that this was my pick at the Elite Showdown show, so to be getting the chance to dirve my favorite car from the event. Massive thanks to Victor and the owner for allowing me to take it for a spin! Maybe next time I am back I can take it for a proper thrash once the engine will be fully run in and revving all the way to 9,500 rpm!
