四百克大蝦 400g prawns
二十克牛油 20g butter
適量芫茜蔥，切粒 chopped scallion and coriander
二十五克粉絲 25g vermicelli

半茶匙幼鹽 1/2tsp salt
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar
四分一茶匙胡椒碎 1/4 ground pepper
