Alvin Zhou did it again. After his famous 48-hour Cookie, now he has shared a 100-hour Fudgy Brownie. The video itself is so beautifully made that I probably have seen it about a dozen times. Even more fascinating is the way he makes brownies. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to try it. I really needed to see what difference the whole 100 hours can make to a Brownie as opposed to eating it right away? Can a brownie really be worth 100 hours ie almost 4 days??

In the video, I did just that. I got all the ingredients and weighed them in grams since I wanted it to be perfect. I tried the brownie at 4 stages & also had my family test it. So let's see if the 100-hours are really worth it???
