今天做了美美的果冻水果挞。食谱简单又免烤。采用消化饼来做饼底,中间搭配希腊酸奶奶油果冻,上面覆盖一层酸甜蜂蜜柠檬果冻。果冻清澈透视,可直接看到里面满满五颜六色的水果,漂亮又疗愈。酸甜多汁水果,搭配Q弹果冻且带有蜂蜜柠檬香,加上酸奶奶油及咸甜饼底,清新不腻,嚼劲口感,丰富好吃。
=吉利丁分量要精准,不能不放,否则不法支撑容易融化塌陷。
=建议在排放水果时开冷气,以免太热酸奶奶油融化。
=可以在模具抹少许油防粘,但不能过多,否则沾染果冻水不透视。
=加入果冻时要注意温度和轻巧,过热过出力会融化酸奶奶油。

收藏方式:做好收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却3-5天,取决于鲜水果本身可以存放多久。

Today made beautiful Jelly Fruit Tart. Recipe is simple yet no bake. Use Digestive Biscuits as base, middle paired with Greek Yogurt Cream Jelly, top covered with a layer of tangy sweet Honey Lemon Jelly. The jelly is crystal clear, you can directly see the loaded colorful fruits within, beautiful and therapeutic. Tangy sweet juicy fruits, paired with jiggly jelly with honey lemon flavor, plus yogurt cream and salty sweet biscuit base, refreshing, chewy texture, rich and delicious.
=The amount of gelatin must be accurate, can’t be omitted, otherwise will melt collapse easily.
=Recommend to on aircond during fruits arrangement time, to prevent yogurt cream melted due to hot weather.
=Can coat mould with lightly with oil, but not over, or else will contaminate jelly water not translucent.
=While adding jelly, pay attention to the temperature and lightness. Excessive heat or aggressive pouring will melt the yogurt cream.

Storage Method: Keep in airtight container, chill in ordinary fridge for 3-5 days, depends on how long the fresh fruits can last.

=活底派盘Removable Bottom Pie Plate, 顶Top: 24cm, 底Bottom: 20.5cm, 高Height: 5cm =
=Biscuit Base饼底=
220g Digestive Biscuits 消化饼
35g Brown Sugar 棕糖
1g Salt 盐
97g Unsalted Butter (Melted) 无盐牛油(融化)
(Chill in normal fridge for 30minutes 普通冰箱冷却30分钟)

=Yogurt Cream Jelly 酸奶奶油果冻=
5g Gelatine Powder 吉利丁粉
15g Cold Water 冷水
60g Plain Greek Yogurt 纯希腊酸奶
30g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
2g Vanilla Extract 香草精
120g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold) 动物性淡奶油 (冷)
(Chill in normal fridge for 30-45minutes 普通冰箱冷却30-45分钟)

=Fruit水果=
Watermelon西瓜
Grapes 葡萄
Peach桃子
Kiwi奇异果
(Chill in normal fridge for 45minutes 普通冰箱冷却45分钟)

=Honey Lemon Jelly蜂蜜柠檬果冻=
47g Gelatine Powder吉利丁粉
187g Water 水
52g Caster Sugar细砂糖
112g Honey蜂蜜
375g 水
30g Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed and Sifted) 柠檬汁 (鲜渣并过筛)
(Chill in normal fridge for 5hours/overnight 普通冰箱冷却5小时/隔夜)
