Is Pasir Ris One DBSS Still Worth It Despite Its Flaws? We Show You The Good And Bad

This week, we tour the much criticised Pasir Ris One DBSS, which was the last one of its kind to be built. There was much promise when it was launched, it had 447 condominium-styled 3, 4, and 5-room units. And if you must know, the One in its name stood for the time taken to reach the various amenities around (Pasir Ris MRT, Bus, White Sands, and the Food Centre).
But that was all wiped out upon completion of the project by developers SingHaiyi Group and Kay Lim Holdings. Residents were unhappy with the narrow and dark common corridors, and worse still, the poor workmanship defects. Persistent defects such as floor tiles popping up, cracks on window panes and stains on doors were some of the more commonly brought up complaints.
So are all these flaws still worth it? In this episode of Insider Tours, we explore the Pasir Ris One DBSS to provide you a better picture of what to expect.
