香蕉煎饼 外酥内软 | 如何做香蕉飞饼 Banana Flatbread | Banana Paratha

这是我常用来做香蕉煎饼的配方。做好的香蕉煎饼外酥内软,很好吃。我习惯单吃,喜欢泰式香蕉煎饼的也可以淋上巧克力酱和炼奶一起享用。用半烫面的方式做出来的饼皮很柔软,放凉了也不会变硬。
材料:
1)中筋面粉 – 300g
2)盐 – 1/2 tsp
3)白糖 – 10g
4)热水 – 120g
5)冷水 – 60g
6)印度酥油 – 10g
7)香蕉 – 3条
8)印度酥油和白糖 – 适量
*印度酥油可以用软化牛油或食用油代替。
*用不完的面团可以冷藏保存,要吃的时候才包馅下锅。

Ingredients:

4)Hot Water – 120g
5)Water – 60g
6)Ghee– 10g
7)Banana – 3
8)Ghee And Sugar
*Feel free to replace the ghee with soften butter or cooking oil.
*Keep the remaining dough in the fridge, best consume within 3 days.
