Ingredients:
200 g rolled oats(2 1/4 cups)
500 ml hot water(2 cups)
2 bananas (200 g without peel)
2 eggs
2 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
30 g almond flour(1/3 cup)
20 g cocoa/ 2 tbsp
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
baking pan 22 x 16 cm / 8 x 6 inches
bake 50 minutes at 180°C /360°F
Cream:
200 g greek yogurt(10% fat)3/4 cup
1 tablespoon cacao
1 tablespoon maple syrup
