The Galapagos is an amazing place where animals can live without fear of humans. The conservation efforts by Ecuador have created a truly magical place. Tourism is strictly limited, even on the islands there's a limit to how many people can visit at one time. All of this is what makes the Galapagos unique where animals can just live and reproduce in peace.

I was lucky enough to be invited by National Geographic to join one of their cruises to the Galapagos, even better it was a photo cruise with Pulitzer Prize winning National Geographic photographer Jay Dickman, as well as a few other Nat Geo photo instructors and local naturalists.
