170g caster sugar （细砂糖）

350g plain flour （普通面粉）
1 tsp baking powder （发粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
125ml milk （牛奶水）

2 tbsp cocoa powder （可可粉）
1 tsp instant coffee powder （即溶咖啡粉）
3 tbsp boiling water （热水）
1/2 tsp coffee essence （咖啡香精）
