父亲节快到了,做了美美的果冻水果蛋糕送给爸爸。采用牛油蛋糕体搭配浓厚奶油芝士水果馅,外围着一圈酸甜柠檬果冻。果冻清澈透视,可直接看到里面满满五颜六色的水果,漂亮又疗愈。牛油香加上浓厚芝士,酸甜水果和Q弹果冻,清新不腻,嚼劲口感,丰富好吃。
吉利丁分量要精准,不能不放,否则糖霜不法支撑容易塌陷。用3层保鲜膜包紧蛋糕圈以免果冻水溢漏。加入果冻时要注意温度和轻巧,过热过出力会融化芝士糖霜。
收藏方式:做好收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却3-5天,取决于鲜水果本身可以存放多久。

Use butter cake base with rich cheese cream frosting fruit fillings, and a circle of tangy sweet lemon jelly surrounding the cake. The jelly is crystal clear, you can directly see the loaded colorful fruits within, beautiful and therapeutic. Butter aroma, rich cheese, tangy sweet fruits and jiggly jelly, refreshing, chewy texture, rich and delicious.
The amount of gelatin must be accurate, can’t be omitted, otherwise the cream cheese frosting will collapse easily. Wrap the cake ring tightly with 3 layers of plastic wrap to prevent jelly water leakage. When adding jelly, pay attention to the temperature and lightness. Excessive heat or aggressive pouring will melt the cheese frosting.
Storage Method: Keep in airtight container, chill in ordinary fridge for 3-5 days, depends on how long the fresh fruits can last.
