This is Wayne Goss' third eyeshadow palette, and with it he released The Waterproof Mascara. I've had minor criticisms for Wayne's previous eye releases, but the color story on the Pearl palette spoke to me so directly, I had to try it. But as we know, high hopes can sometimes mean equally exaggerated disappointment if it falls short. So is this the love letter from Wayne I wanted it to be?
