The Monday after my arrival in Jakarta saw us get up at a rather painful 3 am for a special drive. It was totally worth it as Adi threw me the keys to his 2022 Nismo GT-R and we met up with a mouthwatering convoy of special cars, driving up to the highlands in Bandung. The drive was pretty wild as we sped and slalomed througb slower traffic to get to our first destination, a luxurious golf club owned by one of the car guys that was with us. We then checked into a beautiful hotel, owned by the same gentleman that has the Golf club, and proceeded to spend the afternoon eating and sipping coffee and chatting about cars. We were supposed to visit Terror garage but it turned out it was under renovation. That’s ok, it gives me one more reason to head to Bandung again next time I’m in Indonesia!
